How do I know if my roof needs to be replaced?
Most manufacturers agree that a standard roof’s lifespan is between 15 and 20 years. If your roof falls in between that range, you should get it inspected to ensure everything is working properly. If you are not sure how old your roof is, the most common signs you need a replacement are curled shingles or missing shingles, leaking, impact damage, mold or water damage and bald spots.
How long does it take to replace a roof?

What is the cost of a new roof?

If I have a leak will do I need to replace the whole roof?
This depends on the cause of the leak. If the leak started from old age/damage and there are danger signs (ex. missing shingles), the roof will most likely need to be replaced. If you have a newer roof that is in good shape, you may be able to just have repair work done.
Why are my shingles discolored?
These streaks are a build up of algae. Roof algae, also known as Gloeocapsa, is attracted to your roof because it will feed on the limestone minerals found in shingles. The algae may not be visible until it builds up and produces black streaks along your roof!
